Jeffrey Ringel, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey began their career as a Sales Associate at Montgomery Ward in 1994, where they worked until 1997. Jeffrey then joined Junior League Thrift Shop as an Assistant Manager in 1999, a position they held for five years.

In 2004, Jeffrey joined Sprint as a Telesales agent, receiving inbound sales calls and maintaining 100% of sales goals. Jeffrey subsequently took on multiple roles at Sprint, including Customer Service Representative, Voice Technical Support Representative, and finally, Customer Billing Inquiries Representative.

In 2010, Jeffrey joined AMG Services as a Supervisor and led a collections recovery team of 15 people. Jeffrey handled various responsibilities, such as creating goals, tracking progress, customer de-escalation, discipline and firing, and data mining and evaluation. Jeffrey remained at AMG Services until 2014.

Since 2014, Jeffrey has been working at Digital Ally Inc. as an Inside Sales Coordinator. Jeffrey'smain responsibilities include making outbound calls to qualify leads, setting appointments for sales agents, tracking sales agents' demo inventory, and negotiating and processing quotes and orders.

Jeffrey Ringel, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Kansas. In preparation for their bachelor's degree, they attended Kansas City Kansas Community College from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Jeffrey Ringel completed their high school education at Sumner and received their High School Diploma in 1994.
