Jyri Sillanpää

Jyri Sillanpää is a seasoned IT architect currently serving as Chief Specialist at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto since January 2022, focusing on the European Digital Identity Wallet projects, including participation in large-scale pilot initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Business Finland and Tekes, where Jyri specialized in enterprise architecture and digital reform initiatives. Jyri's early career began in IT support and programming roles, with experience at Aon Finland and WM-data. Jyri has a Professional Diploma in Business and Information Systems Engineering from Aalto University and a BBA in information technology from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
