Laura Järveläinen

Laura Järveläinen is an accomplished professional in service design, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since 2020. With prior experience in various prominent organizations, including a role as Senior Service Designer at Väestörekisterikeskus and a Service Designer at Valtiokonttori, Laura has developed expertise in user-centered design and innovation. Laura's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Design from Aalto University, an MBA in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Design from Häme University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by further studies at Chelsea College of Arts and Design. Laura has also held marketing roles, demonstrating a diverse range of skills in both design and business strategy.
