Stefania Nervi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Stefania currently works as the Head of Change at Digital Attitude since October 2021. Their responsibilities include executing global digital transformation projects, leading and implementing change initiatives, and facilitating change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Prior to their current role, Stefania worked at IKEA Communications AB as the Senior Global Marketing Communications Leader from September 2017 to November 2019. Stefania's earlier experience includes working as a Communications and Events Manager at Noveequindici from March 2008 to July 2010. Their responsibilities involved managing and creating communication materials, organizing training and marketing events, and coordinating a team of instructors.

Stefania started their career at Centax Telecom as a Contact Center Agent, where they worked from January 2004 to January 2008.

Stefania Nervi has a diverse educational background. Stefania obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations (Political Sciences) from Università degli Studi di Milano, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, Stefania completed their secondary education at Graphic Arts, ITIS Galileo Galilei from 1998 to 2003, focusing on graphic design, desktop publishing, and print and art history.

In 2010, Stefania pursued a Master's Degree in International and Cross-Cultural Marketing from Middlesex University, which they completed in 2011. This program provided their with a deeper understanding of marketing with a global perspective.

In addition to their formal education, Stefania has also obtained several certifications. These include the Viva Insights Specialist certification from Microsoft in September 2022, the Product Psychology Mastery certification from Growth.Design in April 2021, the Workplace Analytics Practitioner certification from Microsoft in March 2021, and the PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in December 2019.
