Pradipta Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the field of software development and project management, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Digital Avenues since June 2019. With extensive experience at various organizations, Pradipta has held roles including Senior Development Lead and Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring junior team members, requirement analysis, technical and client documentation, and collaborating closely with project managers on architecture structuring. Prior roles involved significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on coding, architecture design, and requirement analysis. Pradipta holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from IGNOU and has a foundational education from Ramakrishna Mission Narendrapur.
