Catarina Fernandes

Catarina Fernandes is a R&D Solutions Partner at Digital Catapult. Catarina was previously an Academic Leader at the Anita Borg Institute for Women in Technology, where they established the London chapter and organized events such as a one-day Grace Hopper Celebration. Catarina is also a Senior Teaching Fellow and Athena SWAN coordinator at Imperial College London's Department of Computing.

Catarina Fernandes has a Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice from the University of Leicester. Catarina also has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Planetary Astronomy and Science from The Open University. Catarina has a degree in Applied and environmental geology from the University of Lisbon. Catarina is also certified from LinkedIn in Strategic Planning Foundations.
