Kostas Katsaros

Kostantinos (Kostas) Katsaros is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Technology for Future Networks & 5G at Digital Catapult, where responsibilities include providing oversight on 5G system architecture and subsystem implementations to enhance project development using experimental network infrastructure. Prior to this role, Kostas worked at the University of Surrey for eight years as a Research Fellow in Mobile Edge Computing, focusing on cloud-assisted methods for autonomy and innovative solutions for Huawei Technologies. Kostas holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science in Communications, Networks & Software from the University of Surrey, as well as a Dipl. Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
