Louise Barber

Louise Barber has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Louise most recently served as the Head of People Operations (Interim) at Digital Catapult. Prior to that, they were the Head of People & Organisational Development at The Health Foundation. Louise has also held interim director positions in organizations such as 38 Degrees, Lumos, and Girl Effect. Louise has significant experience in the non-profit sector, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Mercy Corps and in HR leadership roles at Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition and The Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). Louise began their career as a Human Resource Manager at Sporting Wheelies & Disabled Assoc.

Louise Barber holds a B.Bus degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from The University of Queensland.
