She serves as the connective tissue among leadership and focuses on fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Before joining DCG in 2013, Christiane held operations and HR roles at AlpInvest Partners, Warburg Pincus, and Cambridge Leadership Associates. She has a restaurant recommendation for any occasion and enjoys the challenge of an impossible task.
