Laura Bilder

Laura works closely with the investment team and provides legal support across a broad range of transactional, governance, and other business issues. Prior to joining DCG, Laura was an associate at Jones Day representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. She also advised companies on matters related to corporate governance and shareholder activism. Laura is a graduate of Fordham Law School (JD) and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business (BS).
