Chip Byers serves as the Chairperson of the Orange County Disability Advisory Board since 2024 and is a Board Member at the Voting Rights Brigade, providing nonpartisan advisement since September 2022. In addition, Chip Byers owns two franchises of Rita's Italian Ice, located in Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, since 2019. As Secretary of the Board of Directors at The Able Trust since 2020, Chip Byers contributes to efforts in disability advocacy. Chip Byers holds a Master of Arts in Cultural/Archaeological Resources Protection from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Pace University.
