Arianne Deschênes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arianne started their career as a Communications Advisor at Last Post Fund - Fonds du Souvenir from March 2015 to July 2018. Arianne then moved on to work as a Journalist at OpenJaw Québec from August 2018 to June 2019. Arianne then joined Unity as a Human Resources Operations Specialist in June 2019 until February 2022, before transitioning to the role of Global Mobility and Immigration Coordinator until April 2023. Following this, Arianne worked as the Director of Communications at Urbane Communications & Marketing starting from August 2018. Currently, Arianne is employed at Digital Domain as an Immigration & HR Generalist, commencing in April 2023. Additionally, Arianne worked as a Provincial Coordinator at No Stone Left Alone Memorial Foundation from June 2016 to November 2019. This varied experience showcases Arianne's expertise in communications, journalism, HR operations, immigration, and coordination.

Arianne Deschênes has an education history that includes several certificates and a degree. In 2009 and 2010, they attended Concordia University, where they obtained a Certificate in International Marketing. From 2018 to 2019, they studied at Université de Montréal and earned a Certificat in Communication Appliquée. In 2023, they enrolled at Université de Montréal and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Law as well as a Certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations.

In addition to their formal education, Arianne has also obtained certifications outside of academic institutions.
