Mayela Campos Carranza

Mayela Campos Carranza has extensive work experience in the field of lighting design and animation. Mayela began their career at Ploop VFX Studios in 2016 as a Look Dev & Lighting Artist, where they were responsible for illuminating, shading, and rendering animation scenes for both advertising and cinematic animations. Mayela also played a crucial role in delivering render passes to the compositing team.

In 2019, Mayela joined Moving Picture Company as a Lighting Artist, where they continued to excel in their role until 2020. Mayela then transitioned to Rodeo FX, where they worked as a Lighting Artist from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they consistently demonstrated their expertise in creating visually appealing lighting for various projects.

Most recently, Mayela joined Digital Domain in 2022 as a Lighting Artist. Their dedication to their craft and their strong understanding of lighting techniques make their a valuable asset to any team.

Mayela Campos Carranza completed their Bachelor's degree in Animation and Digital Art from ITESM Campus Guadalajara from 2011 to 2015. Their field of study was Animation and Digital Art.
