Maitha Alblooshi

Maitha Alblooshi has been serving as a Senior eServices Provisioning Officer at Digital Dubai since August 2017, where responsibilities include the initiation and management of the UAE PASS project, focusing on product development, marketing, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration. Maitha has developed product vision and strategy, conducted service reviews based on user feedback, and enhanced services accordingly. Additional experience includes conducting interviews for the Rashid AI Chatbot project to design improved customer experiences. Prior to this role, Maitha gained valuable experience as an Internship Trainee at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, contributing to wireframe development, system analysis, and project decision-making. Maitha holds a Master of Science in Professional Studies: Data Analytics from Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management from Zayed University.
