Rashmi Juneja

Rashmi Juneja is the current Human Resources Partner at Digital Fortress. Rashmi has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, Business Management, and Consulting.

Rashmi began their career as a Business Management Consultant with Freddie Mac and Deloitte. Rashmi then transitioned into the Human Resources field, holding positions as an HR Business Partner with SNS Properties and AAR. Rashmi was also the Manager of HR Operations & Strategy at Procter & Gamble before joining Digital Fortress.

Rashmi has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, and reading.

Rashmi Juneja has a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University at Buffalo. Rashmi also has a certification in conducting motivational 1-on-1 reviews from LinkedIn and a certification in how to be more strategic in six steps from LinkedIn.
