Digital Health Outcomes
Oleksandr Topachevskyi is an experienced CEO and health economist with a career spanning over a decade in healthcare consulting, health technology assessment (HTA), and health economics. Currently leading Digital Health Outcomes since November 2012, Oleksandr specializes in developing software solutions for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Previous roles include Deputy Head of the Essential Medicines List Committee at the Ministry of Health and consultant for the World Bank Group, where Oleksandr contributed to healthcare reforms in Ukraine. Oleksandr's experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and roles in global health economics at GSK and as a pharmaceutical equity research analyst. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and ongoing PhD studies in Public Health at the University of Groningen.

Digital Health Outcomes (DHO) is a consulting firm that specialises on delivery of digital value communication tools and interactive health economics models for iPad and Web. We deliver value story as user friendly application, enriched with dedicated functionality and appropriate visual presentation. Apps we develop are designed to maximise the impact of value story and improve end user experience. By employing modern user interface/user experience principles (UI/UX) and best practices, latest data visualisation tools and software engineering capabilities, we create apps communicating clinical and economic value in the most effective digital manner. Digital Health Outcomes provides end-to-end software platforms for clinical trial data collection and management.
