Maxim Chmyshuk

Maxim Chmyshuk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maxim is currently a Shareholder at ŒDIL since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Kredika Ltd starting from October 2021. Maxim also worked as the Director and Venture Builder UK at Digital Horizon VC from May 2021. Before that, they were the Founder and Managing Partner of Angular Capital Limited from June 2017 until present. Maxim also served as a Shareholder and Board Member at Hussle Official since June 2010. From September 2013 to June 2017, they were the Founder and Managing Partner at Fleximize. Maxim gained experience in institutional sales at Citibank from April 2011 to May 2013. Prior to this, they held various roles at Dresdner Kleinwort from July 2003 to March 2007, starting as an Associate and rising to the position of Director. Maxim'sprofessional career started at ING Barings Ukraine, where they worked as an Associate from 1998 to 2000.

Maxim Chmyshuk completed their primary and secondary education at School N 32 in Kiev from 1985 to 1995. Maxim then pursued higher education at the Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Later, Chmyshuk attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
