Mathias Hilgert has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and IT. Mathias served as a Backend & Go Lead Developer at MIAid, where they engineered biometric features and led the development of a biometric authentication-based virtual wallet. Mathias also played a key role in shaping MIAid and SignByMIA, a digital identity platform. At DigitalHouse, Mathias worked as a Bootcamp GO Lead Teacher, imparting backend development classes in Golang and providing personalized support to students. Mathias has also worked as a software developer at Smarthaus SRL, where they actively participated in IoT-based projects and provided technical support to clients like Peugeot, Chevrolet, and Ford. Prior to that, Mathias served as the IT and Development Team Leader at Keuken, leading large-scale projects in the maintenance and development of the company's digital infrastructure. Mathias has expertise in real-time microservices and web-based systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

Mathias Hilgert is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering at UADE. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education at Instituto Federico Dickens in 2020, earning a bachelor's degree in economics.
