Virginia Genovesi has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. In 2019, they founded Sequentia, where they worked as a consultant in digital transformation and a speaker on various topics. Virginia also provided coaching services in career, leadership, and executive coaching. In 2020, they became a certified leadership and executive coach at Marshall Goldsmith, where they helped executives and leaders improve their leadership skills. Virginia also worked as a chapter leader and mentor at Singularity University, supporting startups in leveraging exponential technologies for positive impact. Virginia also worked as a talent specialist in a cultural transformation program at Universidad de 'San Andrés'\u200b. Previously, they held positions at Digital House Argentina, Tenaris, and Skanska, where they worked in various HR roles focused on talent attraction and development, compensation, organization, and benefits management, and global organizational design.

Virginia Genovesi has an extensive education history. Virginia obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, Cum Laude, from the University of Buenos Aires in 2002. In 2006, they received a degree in Project Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.

Virginia has also pursued further education in the field of business administration and management. Virginia completed an Advanced Management Program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2017. In 2018, they attended IMD for an Executive Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a Leadership Coaching Strategies program at Harvard Business School.

Additionally, Virginia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
