Bruce Coufal

Bruce Coufal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Bruce began their career at Bishop Neumann High School in 1995 as a Mathematics Teacher, where they taught various math subjects. In 1999, they transitioned to Snitily Carr, where they worked as the Director of Operations for over 15 years. In this role, they managed operations and ensured the smooth functioning of the company. In 2015, Coufal joined Firespring as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll duties, and maintaining a fair and thriving work culture.

Bruce Coufal attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
