Tracie Alles

Tracie Alles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracie began their career as an Account Coordinator at AlphaGraphics in 1997. Tracie then moved on to Level 100 Communications, where they worked in customer service and technical support from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, Tracie joined Digital IMS as the Director of Customer Service. Tracie stayed with the company until 2006.

In 2006, Tracie started working at Firespring as a Training Coordinator. Tracie'sresponsibilities included developing and implementing team member onboarding programs, coordinating professional development opportunities, and managing grant applications. Tracie held this role until 2015 when they transitioned into the position of Product Strategist. As a Product Strategist, Tracie created prototypes, assisted team members in meeting client goals, and provided product information for clients and sales teams. Tracie remained in this role until 2017 when they became the Interim Client Services Team Manager. In 2018, Tracie took on the role of Client Support Analyst, where they managed the knowledge base, maintained client contact data, and provided website support for nonprofit clients.

Most recently, Tracie has been working as the Firespring Foundation Grants Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, starting in 2015 and 2019 respectively. As the Grants Manager, they oversee the foundation's grant processes. In their role as a Human Resources Coordinator, Tracie handles various HR-related tasks.
