Michael Hamill

Michael Hamill has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Michael began their career in 1993 as the Head Trader/Operations & Technology at Croesus, where they were responsible for over a billion in Emerging Markets Hedge Funds. In 1998, they moved to Schroders & Co, where they served as an Arbitrage Trader, European Equities. Michael then joined Promethean Investments in 1999 as the Head Trader/Operations & Technology, responsible for the execution of convertible arb and PIPE strategies at a billion-dollar hedge fund. In 2003, they joined Mason Capital Management as the Head Trader & Technology Lead, where they grew the company from a few hundred million to a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund. In 2016, they joined Castle Hook Partners as the Head Trader/Operations & Technology, with global trading, operational, and technology responsibilities at a billion-plus dollar hedge fund. Finally, in 2019, they joined Digital Prime Technologies as the Managing Director.
