Harry Makongwa has extensive experience in customer service roles, with a background in providing exceptional service and resolving product and service concerns. With a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and offering personalized solutions, Harry is known for their professionalism, empathy, and ability to de-escalate customer complaints.
