Glen Garofalo

Glen Garofalo is currently the Head of Margin and Risk Solutions at Digital Prime Technologies. Glen has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in margin lending, portfolio margin, and counterparty risk practices. Prior to joining Digital Prime Technologies, Glen was the Managing Member of GFG Financial Services Consulting, LLC, where they provided expert advisement services in brokerage operations, regulatory services, and Prime Brokerage. Glen also served as the Director of Credit Regulation at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where they provided clarification, technical guidance, and education on interpretive questions, regulatory issues, broker-dealer financial and operational matters, Operational Risk and Credit Risk Management.

Glen Garofalo has a Bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University in Business, Marketing, and Psychology. Glen also has Series 7 and Series 63 licenses from FINRA.
