Cindy Fiedelman

Cindy Fiedelman is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Digital Realty. Cindy has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, including stints as the Vice President of People & Diversity at American Airlines and the Vice President of Human Resources & Global Talent Acquisition at Avaya.

Fiedelman has been instrumental in developing and implementing global orientation and onboarding programs for new hires, as well as self-service career development tools for employees worldwide. Cindy has also led an HR team in India, responsible for recruiting and filling 650 jobs in 2008 and supporting over 1000 employees.

Fiedelman is responsible for the company diversity strategy, and has led both operational and HR teams through due diligence on Nortel acquisition and the integration of over 3,000 employees worldwide.

Cindy Fiedelman earned their BA from the University of Pennsylvania and attended Greenhill School.

They work with Andrew Power - CFO, Erich Sanchack - EVP Operations, and Jeff Tapley - Co-EMEA MD, Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management. Cindy Fiedelman reports to A. William Stein, CEO.
