Eva Kolar

Eva Kolar, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as Senior Manager, People Services, EMEA at Digital Realty since June 2016, where leadership encompasses a 12-member team and the implementation of the EMEA HR Shared Service Centre across 14 countries, in addition to establishing an HR Case Management tool in Service Now. Kolar has a solid background within human resources, having progressed from Senior HR Associate to Senior HR Manager in a four-year tenure overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and engagement for a combined workforce in the UK and Ireland. Prior experience includes multinational HR operations at Systagenix Wound Management, managing payroll and benefits administration for significant employee groups, and roles in payroll management and consultancy. Kolar holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Brighton and a National Payroll Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
