Heather Fisher has over two decades of experience in customer success and implementation roles within the technology and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Success for Cloud and Content at Digital Realty since September 2008, Heather has held multiple progressive roles in customer success management, including Team Lead and Principal Customer Success Manager. Prior to Digital Realty, Heather worked at Henry S. Miller as a Trainer Implementation Specialist and held various positions at PropertyView and RealPage, Inc., focusing on implementation, training, customer service, and quality assurance.
