Lisa Kolbe currently serves as the Director of Sales Enablement at Digital Realty, responsible for creating and managing programs that enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Global Sales & Marketing organization through process improvement and change leadership. Previously, at ADP, Lisa held multiple roles including Sr. Customer Experience Manager and Sr. Program Manager of Change Leadership, focusing on operationalizing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on client insights. Lisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Leadership & Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mills College.
