Paul Claridge

Paul Claridge is currently serving as an EMEA Customer Success Manager at Digital Realty since October 2023. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Paul spent over two decades at Colt Technology Services, progressing through various roles including Director of Strategic Alliances and Head of Global Wholesale Service Management. Responsibilities encompassed customer relationship management, service and contract management, and leadership of teams to meet business objectives. Prior positions included management roles at AT&T, where Paul oversaw operational aspects of the customer lifecycle and enhanced service delivery. Paul's earlier career included administrative roles at the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Institution of Gas Engineers. Education includes a GNVQ BTEC in Business & Finance Studies and English Literature from Hainault Forest High School.
