Ravi Singh

Ravi Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and solution design across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Client Services at Digital Realty since January 2020, Ravi manages various departments including Solution Design, Service Implementation, and Customer Success while fostering strategic relationships with banks, insurance companies, and Fortune 500 entities. Prior to this role, Ravi worked at Interxion, where responsibilities included managing Service Solution Design and Customer Success departments while conducting service reviews to optimize operations. Ravi's career began in electrical engineering and consulting roles, backed by a strong educational foundation including an Executive MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from HSO Business School Switzerland.
