Seamus Fitzmaurice

Seamus Fitzmaurice is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing and delivering data center projects across the APAC region. Currently serving as Regional Construction Director at Digital Realty since June 2020, Seamus has overseen the entire project lifecycle, including the successful refurbishment of a heritage-listed building for the FRA18-22 Data Center. Previously, Seamus held roles at Linesight as Associate Director and Associate, leading project management for large capital works developments. Earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Manager for Citigroup, where strategic implementation across the Australia/New Zealand portfolio was directed, and as Project Quantity Surveyor at Wilde and Woollard, contributing to significant projects such as the $560m Brisbane Supreme Court. Seamus holds an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology.
