Amy Randall

Amy Randall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global Delivery, Transition, and Implementation at Digital Risk since April 2013. In this role, Amy oversees operational service fulfillment and collaborates with finance and accounting teams to achieve financial objectives. Amy has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Implementation and Transition Management, where strong client relationships and operational efficiencies were prioritized. Prior to Digital Risk, Amy worked at PHH Mortgage in various roles, including Director of Underwriting and Credit Risk/Underwriting Manager, where effective management of underwriting processes and client relationships were key responsibilities. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida's College of Business Administration.
