Eric Palank

Eric Palank has a strong background in mortgage underwriting and management. Eric started their career at Wells Fargo in 2011, where they served as an Underwriting Team Lead and Underwriter IV. During this time, they provided guidance to their team, handled complex underwriting queries, and implemented a system to track underwriters' productivity. In 2014, Eric joined Digital Risk as a Senior Underwriting Manager, where they trained and developed a team of underwriters for Bank of America mortgage transactions. Eric also played a key role in creating and implementing the Heloc department and achieved significant improvements in quality and efficiency. In 2016, Eric was promoted to the role of Vice President of Mortgage Origination at Digital Risk, where they managed a large team and utilized data analytics to meet production and quality targets, improve underwriting services, and enhance customer satisfaction. Eric Palank obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Charles Community College in 2005. Eric later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completing it in 2007.
