Jim Jajtner is the Vice President of Diligence Services at Digital Risk, LLC. Jim has held this position for 4 years and 5 months. Prior to their current role, Jim was with Clayton Holdings LLC for 9 years and 11 months, where they served as Director of Due Diligence Operations and Corporate Trainer for Loss Mitigation. In these roles, Jim was responsible for managing the day-to-day process of internal credit analyst staff, as well as coordinating operational delivery of all deals that went through the Service Delivery Center. Jim also developed and maintained positive business relationships with internal and external customers, and identified portfolio risks resulting from client’s underlying business practices, underwriting, and/or fraud exposure. Jim is a skilled trainer, and during their time at Clayton Holdings LLC they trained all new hires joining the default group at Quantum, as well as all new and existing staff on the rules and regulations of the FDCPA, customer and collateral based workout options. Jim is also experienced in system integration, and they spearheaded the system integration from Claytons in-house proprietary default system to Fidelity’s industry leading mortgage servicing platform. In recognition of their outstanding work, Jim received the “Business Excellence Award” from Clayton in January of 2009.

Jim Jajtner attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2002, where they studied finance with a focus in real estate.
