Charlene Lin is a seasoned professional in user experience design and business analysis with over two decades of experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Analyst and Senior User Experience Designer at Digital River since June 2012, Charlene focuses on e-commerce platform user experience design, employing an Agile process and maintaining a UX pattern library. Previous roles include Staff User Experience Designer at Yahoo! with a focus on social website design and e-commerce innovations, and Senior User Experience Designer at Trend Micro, where Charlene managed user experience design for enterprise products and conducted user research.
