Diane Hughes

Diane Hughes has a strong background in finance with extensive experience in leadership roles. Diane is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Digital River since 2020. Prior to that, they held positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where they worked from 2016 to 2020. Diane started as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and later became the VP of Finance. At Starkey, they were responsible for developing and executing financial plans, optimizing operations, and leading a team of finance professionals. Before Starkey, Diane worked at General Mills from 1995 to 2016 in various finance roles, including Finance Director, Assistant Treasurer, and Finance Director for different divisions and functions within the company. Overall, Diane has a wealth of experience in finance and has demonstrated their ability to drive financial success in multiple organizations.

Diane Hughes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Diane also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Math from the University of St. Thomas.
