Dr. Kerstin Lienemann

Dr. Kerstin Lienemann has over 20 years of work experience in various legal roles. Dr. Kerstin started their career as a Referendarin at Kanzlei PSP in 2002, followed by a position as a Referendarin at eBay Deutschland. In 2003, they worked as a Freie Mitarbeiterin at Starfverteidigerbüro and as a Justiziarin at QSC. From 2005 onwards, Dr. Lienemann joined Digital River, where they held multiple roles including Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel US Headquarter, Prokuristin, Legal Director, and most recently, Head of the global Contract Team.

Dr. Kerstin Lienemann's education history includes completing a Fachanwaltskurs in IT-Recht in 2008-2009, earning a Dr. jur. degree from Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2003-2006, and obtaining a 2. Staatsexamen degree from Landgericht Köln in 2000-2002. Prior to that, they completed their Jurastudium, allgemein at the University of Cologne from 1995-2000, earning a 1. Staatsexamen degree.
