Estelle Di Lucia has over 20 years of work experience in various industries, including digital technology, architecture, and aviation. Estelle started their career as an In-flight Supervisor and Training Officer at AB Airlines, where they led a team and conducted check flights with newly trained crews. Estelle then worked as an Architectural Technician at Siobain Mulcahy Architects, focusing on interior architecture planning and design.

Estelle later founded their own business, Di Lucia Designs, where they served as the Managing Director for over 11 years. In this role, they were responsible for sales, marketing, project management, and client relationships. Estelle successfully managed a fast-paced commercial and retail business, consistently achieving service and sales goals.

Afterwards, Estelle worked as a Change and Training Manager at Wipro, where they delivered critical business and process change initiatives. Estelle then joined Intel Corporation as an SW Operations Analyst and Program Manager, providing operations support for the worldwide software program.

Most recently, Estelle has been working at Digital River, first as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Global Partnership Development Director. In these roles, they led fast-growth technology companies, developed partnerships and alliances, and created new go-to-market strategies. Estelle also played a key role in developing a Platinum level partnership with a global eCommerce platform, driving business growth and achieving impressive conversion rates.

Estelle Di Lucia holds a First Class Honors Degree in International Business from TUS University of Shannon. Estelle also has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Limerick Institute of Technology. Estelle'sprevious education includes a degree in Transport Engineering and Motor Industry Management from Technological University Dublin. Estelle has additional certifications in Project Management from Velopi and Business Start-up from Ennis Adult Education. Estelle has also received training in AutoCad from Procad Limerick and has studied Interior Design and Interior Architecture at Rhodec International.
