Jeff James

Jeff James has over 20 years of work experience in the software development field. Jeff started their career as a Computer Programmer at BI Performance Services in 1992, where they worked until 1995. During this time, they designed and developed Oracle front and back-end systems for large client incentive programs. Additionally, they created ETL software for handling bulk processing of data files.

In 1999, Jeff returned to BI Performance Services as a Software Developer. In this role, they designed, developed, and supported various web-based products, including e-commerce merchandise catalogs, online auction sites, and employee recognition sites. These applications varied in size and technologies.

In 2007, they joined Digital River as a Principal Software Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for designing, coding, and unit testing new features and modifications for a large-scale multi-tenant eCommerce web application. Jeff also triaged, refactored, and troubleshooted issues found within the code base.

Most recently, Jeff worked at Veritas Technologies LLC, starting in 2015. Jeff held the roles of Principal Software Engineer and later Senior Principal Software Engineer. Unfortunately, specific details about their responsibilities and achievements in these roles were not provided.
