Jim Cram has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and leadership development. Jim has held various HR roles in multiple companies, including Digital River, MetaBank, Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer, UnitedHealth Group, Regis Corporation, St. Jude Medical, G&K Services, and Best Buy.

At Digital River, Jim served as the Director of Human Resources, leading a global team and overseeing talent management functions. Jim redesigned the leadership development approach to adapt to a remote and hybrid workforce.

Prior to that, at Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer, Jim served as the Vice President of Human Resources - Field Operations. Jim was responsible for executing talent strategies and leading talent management initiatives across 1000+ retail locations.
