Greg Simmons has a diverse range of work experience in the creative industry. Greg is currently working as the Group Creative Director at Digital Room. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a Creative & Design Director, Identity Consultant for various companies as a consultant. Greg also served as a Creative Director, GCD at SapientRazorfish, where they led teams in solving brand and messaging challenges. Greg was also a Creative Director at Rosetta before it merged with SapientRazorfish.

In addition to their agency experience, Greg has experience as a Principle & Creative Director at Arena Interactive, a company they owned and operated for 11 years. Greg co-founded A Basic Studio, an art and design co-op, and worked as a Creative Director at Netplus.

Greg's career also includes teaching experience as an Instructor at The University of the Arts, where they focused on expanding visual design and usability principles for web and interactive projects. Greg began their career as an Art Director at R/GA, leading a design team for IBM projects.

Before entering the agency world, Greg worked as a Senior Designer at Mayer & Myers Design, focusing on corporate identity and print material for various clients.

Greg Simmons attended the University of the Arts from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their degree, Greg also holds certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM, which they obtained in August 2021, and Badassary from Badassness, obtained in December 1970.
