Tracey Flashman

Tracey Flashman has been the Global Director of People at Digital Science since January 2017. Prior to that, they were the HR Service Delivery Director at Telefónica from October 2008 to January 2017. Tracey also served as the Head of HR Change and Policy at O2 UK (a Telefónica Company) from May 2002 to August 2008. Her career began at BT in January 1986 where they held various senior HRBP roles until December 2001. Tracey is a highly experienced HR professional with a wealth of knowledge in both the private and public sector.
