Joe Pilcavage has held a variety of roles in the creative industry since 2005. Joe began their career as a Freelance Art Director for Velocity Creative Group in 2005. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Art Director for TracyLocke and as a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director for Acosta Marketing Group. In 2013, they became a Senior Art Director at Hunter Straker. From 2014 to 2017, they held a variety of positions at Digital Surgeons, including Chief Experience Officer, VP of Experience Design, Head of Creative, Creative Strategy Director, and Associate Creative Director. In 2017, they also took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University. In 2018, they co-founded ThinkFWD, a future-forward community focused on infusing deeper creativity and curiosity in business.
Joe Pilcavage attended Susquehanna University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, with a minor in Music Technology.
