Serge Frech

Serge Frech is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vocational education and management. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at ICT-Berufsbildung Schweiz since June 2018, Serge also holds leadership roles in various organizations, including Head of the Working Group "Vocational Education & Life Long Learning" for digitalswitzerland and multiple committee positions with the Schweizerischer Arbeitgeberverband. Additionally, Serge is a guest lecturer at ZHAW IAP and has been involved in academic leadership as a board member for Swiss Certified ICT Leaders and TIE International. With a strong educational background, including an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Zurich and ongoing studies in Strategy with Impact at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, Serge is well-equipped to contribute to the fields of education and workforce development.
