Joe Jackson has held various positions in different companies throughout their work experience. From 1999 to 2000, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Frontline Communications. In 2001, they joined Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics as the Director of Customer Service and later became the Group Director of Global Customer Facing Operations in 2004. From 2006 to 2009, Joe assumed the role of Group Director, Clinical Therapies Operations at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. Finally, in 2009, they became the President & CEO of Digital Transcription Systems, Inc. (DTS).
Joe Jackson attended the University of Ottawa from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Management, Strategy, and International Business.
