Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated People Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our People department, with a focus on employee life cycle data, data integrity, benefit administration, payroll administration, compliance, visa and global mobility. 

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers,
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
  • Coordinate employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans,
  • Assist payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including calculating and processing salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments,
  • Manage compliance with applicable labor laws, including ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting,
  • Provide support for visa and relocation processes, including assisting with paperwork, coordinating with immigration attorneys, and managing employee communication,
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to internal clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience),
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on data management, benefit administration, payroll administration, compliance, visa and relocation,
  • Proficiency in Workday is a plus,
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy,
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Proficiency in the German language is an added advantage,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
