Adrian Velthuis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Since 2020, they have been working at Digital Turbine in a role focused on content media. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Mobile Posse. From 2013 to 2016, Adrian worked as a consultant at Advisor, specializing in strategic execution to sell products. Adrian also served as the CRO at Hook Mobile from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Adrian held various roles at Millennial Media, including VP of Sales Strategy and Pricing from 2010 to 2012, VP of Product Management and Client Solutions from 2008 to 2010, and VP of Product Development from 2006 to 2008. Adrian was also the AVP of Community Products at Navio Systems in 2006 and Manager of Product Development at Verizon Wireless from 2001 to 2005. Adrian began their career as an Assistant Product Manager at Advertising.com in 1999 and worked there until 2000.

Adrian Velthuis attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1998, focusing on Research Economics.
