Nitya Murali

Nitya Murali's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2019 to the present, Nitya has been working at Digital Turbine, starting as a Senior Software Engineer - Java and progressing to an Engineering Manager, and currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager. In this role, Nitya manages and leads full stack teams, plans roadmaps, provides technological guidance, and collaborates with various departments to develop team strategy.

Prior to joining Digital Turbine, Nitya worked at Railinc Corp. from 2016 to 2019 as a Lead Software Engineer. In this position, Nitya was responsible for designing and developing high-performing web applications, using technologies such as Angular, HTML, Spring Suite, Oracle, and Jasper Reports. Nitya also conducted extensive load testing using JMeter and utilized Spring-Batch for processing large volumes of data.

Before Railinc Corp., Nitya worked at Infosys from 2006 to 2016. As a Lead Software Engineer, Nitya played a key role in the design, architecture, and implementation of multiple projects within the Card Payment Services unit of Bank of America. Nitya was involved in requirement elicitation, design discussions, re-engineering, hands-on coding, and mentoring of team members. Nitya also worked on various fronts, including the front-end, web service layer, business, and back-end tiers, using technologies such as JSF with PrimeFaces, HTML, Spring, Apache CXF, Hibernate, IFW Framework, and Service-oriented Architecture. Additionally, Nitya contributed to the migration of Merril Lynch to Bank of America Systems as part of the acquisition.
