Zoe Dixon McIpd

Zoe Dixon MCIPD is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at Digital Ventures since September 2023. With previous experience as a People Partner for EMEA/APJ at Just Global, Inc. and a Human Resources Generalist at Extreme Reach, Zoe has developed a strong background in employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and HR policy development. At Adstream, responsibilities included managing pre-onboarding experiences, leading payroll processes for 150 employees, and supporting line managers with HR-related matters. Additionally, Zoe has held various HR positions at organizations such as Heartwood Investment Management, TBWA\Worldwide, makepositive, and Formula 1. Zoe holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent.
