Heini Kautonen

Heini Kautonen has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as the Head of Department at Kodin 1, where they managed the greenery department and was responsible for maintenance, customer service, plant ordering and purchasing, and department improvement.

In 2008, Heini worked as an Accountant at Nokia for a brief period. Heini then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Nokia in 2010, where they were responsible for Americas Voice and Network Operations. Their tasks included invoice follow-up, LE-planning, accruals, LE-reporting, OPEX/CAPEX reporting, accrual reporting, and communication with the area team in Dallas.

In 2010, Heini also joined Oy Teboil Ab as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for financial management reporting of the Heating, Wholesale, and Lubricant units. Heini also played a key role in financial management and control through monthly reporting, evaluation, analysis, and system and reporting redesign. Heini was a key user of the Business Objects reporting system.

Moving on, Heini joined Lassila & Tikanoja in 2013 as a Business Controller. Their responsibilities included management reporting for the whole L&T group, validating monthly income statements and balance sheets, and providing various ad-hoc reports and analyses to business units and the management group. Heini also undertook a strategic development project, implementing a new bookkeeping system and master data management system, standardizing financial data, and harmonizing the monthly reporting process.

In 2019, Heini joined Vincit as a Group Controller, where they held responsibility for financial control and reporting. Their tenure at Vincit lasted until 2020 when they joined Solibri, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, they oversaw the financial operations of the company until 2022.

Most recently, Heini joined Digital Workforce Services Plc as the Chief Financial Officer in September 2022.

Throughout their career, Heini has gained extensive experience in financial management, control, reporting, and analysis, demonstrating their expertise in various industries and roles.

Heini Kautonen completed a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Design from Sydväst University of applied sciences between 2002 and 2006. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics from LUT University, specializing in the field of study.
